Mr. Buttafoco has thirty years of experience managing life-cycle projects in the financial industry. He spent over 10 years, as Sr. Vice president for an international bank and its precious metals trading unit, overseeing all aspects of their IT operations and software development projects. Mr. Buttafoco is responsible for setting the company's business objectives and creating strategies to take advantage of emerging technology.

Mr. Buttafoco received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from City College of New York.

Mr. Chi has over twenty five years of experience designing and developing financial software for trader desktops. He has extensive knowledge of the complete suite of products available for the Microsoft Development Platform. As head of the client side desk top development group he is involved in all aspects for the design and implementation of n-tier technology and internet applications.

Mr. Chi received his MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and his MS and BS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.

Dr. Katz has over twenty five years experience working on various aspects of risk modeling and evaluation. Dr. Katz heads the research group which develops analytic models for the pricing of derivative products and the evaluation of associated risk. His responsibilities at NTS include overseeing the design and implementation of all risk management models. He is the primary leader in developing suites of derivative calculators and analytical tools for NTS's large-scale projects.

Dr. Katz received his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.

Mr. Fincke has spent thirty years as an IT professional in the financial sector. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of back office operations as well as years of experience in the design and development of large-scale computer systems to automate the back office operations of trading and brokerage firms.

Mr. Fincke received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY at Stony Brook.
